Despite the 'protocols' that were established after Lauren was left on the bus previously, IT HAPPENED AGAIN! And, it happened at the hands of the facility administrator who is tasked with making sure everyone else on the premises executes their duties correctly. Lauren was was left on the bus for a total of five (5) hours, from 9:29 am - 2:22 pm on a hot day in July.
