Hello - I am looking to get in contact with Lauren’s dad. My daughter was a previois resident at Takoda. She lived in house 6 but when Covid hit she was moved to house 3. While there in house 3, she was violently attacked and taken to Mercy FF where she received 3 staples in her head. I asked multiple times for the investigation report, I asked to have her moved. It was awful. She passed away 12/24/22, but if I can be of any assistance at all, feel free to reach out! Oh I should mention it was a resident that lived there that attacked her. Not sure if it could be the same person or not? She was never punished or moved.
